Many women entrepreneurs underestimate themselves and think too conservatively about what they can accomplish, says Kathleen Warner, COO of Startup America. Her national organization works to support entrepreneurship and startup companies.

As reported by Leslie Bradshaw in Forbes, Warner says, “we need to encourage women to think bigger, to understand the difference between building a scalable company, as opposed to a lifestyle business, and challenge them regarding how they think about themselves and about business.”
