In a world that could use more empathy, Karen Faith is rising to the occasion. Faith is an ethnographer, strategist and empathy trainer, specializing in actionable wisdom. After working for an ad agency for years, she was frustrated that clients weren’t doing deep research, so she created Others Unlimited. She offers a variety of workshops on empathy training and works with major companies, such as Amazon, Indeed and the ACLU. Her hope is that by working with these teams, she will transform the way companies work.
“Empathy is about perspective and we’re living in a time where all the content we receive is already customized to our POV,” Faith says. “Women in leadership is important because too few people are familiar with women leaders and when women are in leadership positions, it helps challenge perspectives and changes the norm.”
