Audrey M. Bohannon and Kim Shanahan say, “Companies need to examine what they can do to attract, develop and retain female talent along with their male counterparts.”
However, they also write that women need to do self-audits, “an honest self-assessment on everything from how well they anticipate and manage life challenges (which, of course, include work) to how well they do in self-care.”
